"With the news that lockdown won’t end in Scotland until the end of April, I’ve felt somewhat disheartened and ended up spending most days in bed uninterested in life. Honestly, I just got myself stuck in a rut.

This week though I’ve decided to get out the house to the country park down the road and get us all some fresh air. It was so refreshing to just walk about without any sights of COVID-19; nobody needing to wear masks, no posters for government guidelines and no law officers driving about.

Hopefully this is a turning point and I can pick myself up for my little one."
