Q. What do you think of MPs telling us they need second jobs to get by on £82k a year?
Divide, conquer, rule! Imagine that! Living off tax payers' money. On one side the MPs on £82,000 a year. Who cannot meet their living costs on that wage without supplementation. Then families like ours who also depend on the state. The differences are indeed stark. We must exist on £23,000 a year. Almost all of that money goes on rent. There is nothing left. Our Universal Credit statement shows a shortfall of almost £560 a month. We are clearly living far below the poverty line. Yet the MPs shrug their shoulders, they after all can take on other work. Lie about levelling up. Keep us in our place…
