I’m honestly not surprised by the lockdown. Looking back it was a long time coming. This does not change our lives, nor circumstances. We continue to live our lives under the breadline and we’re still largely ignored. Fortunately my children have been offered a place at school, seems we are considered vulnerable. They will be returning next week. This will slightly alleviate the worry about the costs from increased fuel usage and the physical school run for me is also a bonus. Socially we remain isolated. The roll out of the vaccine is positive. There is now light, of what has been a long year. The government still must address our situation. It’s not going to disappear. I feel we are still at the very bottom of what is an insurmountable pile.
