I am not looking forward to job centres reopening. In my experience they're nothing short of useless and a source of extra embarrassment. Being made to attend a face to face to sign a piece of paper before your payment is released on job seekers allowance. We live that far away from a job centre that it used to cost £10+ to attend. All can be done via internet and telephone this has been proved during COVID and I cannot see why they would need to reopen them.
