I had it done at the City Hall after receiving a text in February, before the surgery was handling vaccinations, but now the surgeries are mainly handling vaccinations and I don't know who to contact. How does an administrative error become my problem?\n\nAnyway things are opening up but my 2 year old son is struggling with social interactions having been home for so long, even though he has started nursery.
