Not wanting to sound ungrateful, however if supporting agencies are wanting to help low income families during a pandemic, then they need to get a move on. The voucher from social services to but a winter coat for my child was to be sent out in September, its now November and they haven't processed it yet. They phoned today to apologise. The council funding to help with travel costs for my child was applied for in May, was granted in August and its November and still waiting.
