I had my first face to face appointment at the job centre today. Being exempt from wearing a mask I was a little nervous as to how I would be received. Funny enough the staff were great, it was the security guard that seemed to have a problem. I'm also partially deaf and rely on lip reading so masks are a nightmare for me, especially seeing as they do nothing at all other than give people sweaty faces and bad attitudes. The appointment went well otherwise and I was pleased to be offered an SIA licence funding.
