I've been back as self employed working from home now just 1 week. will have my declaration to submit to UC in the next few days and already im seeing differences in what they allow as an expense and what the gov website allows. i dont think i will be able to keep my house as warm during the day for the children i mind if my earnings is being judged at min wage and im only allowed£10 a month towards heating and electric. previous we were and still are allowed upto 33% of our costs with WTC and on tax return.
