Group of 20+ underage teens making a noise and banging on windows as they passed my flat at 11.45pm then returning at 1.45ish Recognised a few from my daughter's year of school. Where are the parents? and why have they allowed them to roam late at night? The middle class bullies who get away with anything and everything. But wealth seems to make them immune to rules and laws. Wouldn't be so bothered but considering we are in tier 4 and majority of us sacrificed company for Hogmanay...you can understand why I am angry.
