I’m quite apprehensive about the job centres reopening. Always feel an almost sense of doom. They can be intimidating . From the security at the front demanding to know which department, to the actual work coaches. I’m aware the coaches have their work to do, lots of boxes to tick and not all are encouraging. I’m always made to feel punished by the system. The worst time was when I was asked to visit during what were meant to be working hours. My employer at the time was quite disproving towards me. It was after all a part time job. And one that ended subsequently. All because we are supposed to find more work hours.
