However since shortly after the first lockdown started we have been receiving help from a local food bank with weekly food parcels which we could not have managed without and are extremely grateful for. we are only obtaining this help as my daughter attends young carers and told them that I was struggling to buy food due to a lack of money and finding it hard to leave home due to a fear of cating covid 19 and being unable to care for her as I have no real help or support from family or friends. I think it should be made a lot easier for people to be able to find information on what help is available for struggling families and how to apply for this help.
