It's a shame how people with a learning disability or physical etc have been seen as second citizens and left to one side. I bealive some areas of the councils have been seeing around seeing if everyone is ok. But that idn't veru proactive and if your on the pathway you get no help or support. But regardless of this their whole life has been turned upside down and there seems to be no programs and allowance for people with additional needs. And don't get me started on how the hospitals have been dealing with our additional needs kids and adults.
