My daughter lost her part time job at the start of the pandemic in 2020. She got another job but last week she started back at her original job. She’s working two jobs now to save up for uni in September. Things seem to be very slowly getting back to some kind of normal for us. We are on a lower income now than we were before the pandemic but we’ve never had much anyway. Life will always be a struggle but living on a low income means we find joy in the simple things like sitting in the park on a sunny day. For all the things we can’t do, we can still find happiness.
