Q. How have you been managing with the additional costs of winter?
My boiler often cuts out due to low pressure and I have to restart it. I don't have the money to keep having it fixed or even replaced. Sometimes I don't realise until it's too late so no hot water to bath my kids. Or the temperature plummets in the house overnight. I now check the boiler compulsively throughout the day and the worry is causing further stress to my mental health. I applied for the warm home discount. Haven't heard anything yet
