"Had a call from my credit card company at 8.30am to tell me I’m behind with payments. My debts are all managed through Stepchange and so I told them they shouldn’t be contacting me. They still persisted. They asked why I’m struggling. I cried and reminded them that there’s a pandemic on. Why are people so insensitive?!"
