Q. Where do you live and how do you feel about it?
We suffered extreme abuse from our downstairs neighbours which resulted in us having to leave during lockdown. The neighbours had become extremely volatile and threatening to myself and my family due to noise from my two small children. There was nothing you could do to prevent the noise as nursery had stopped and we were only allowed out once a day for one hour for a walk. I was so distressed and upset, but with help from the police, we were moved as soon as we were able to. People's abilities to deal with emotions was heavily impacted by the stressful trauma of the pandemic. I do not feel the situation with the neighbours would have got so bad if we were able to go out and about more. Thankfully now we are in new accommodation and loving the green open spaces, although I feel isolated because there hasn't been an opportunity to make friends in my local area.
