This time of year always plays havoc with my anxiety.
The council tax and water bill is due, our car insurance and breakdown cover renewal also fall in this month. So, I always redo the finances and budget. It sends me into a 3 day anxiety spin. Rational me knows that we can manage and muddle through. But it’s really terrifying seeing the numbers in black and red, seeing actually how little we have to get by on once all the bills/debts/rent is paid.
