Q. Where do you live and how do you feel about it?
I'm really lucky where we live. We have a garden, although my access to that garden is limited because I have horrendous neighbours. So during Covid and lockdown, that's not always been pleasant for us. We do have green space around us, but it's a bit of a hike to get there. I found that as we're coming out of lockdowns, our spaces are much noisier, there are houses being built at the back of myself. And greenbelts are being built on all around us which is quite depressing, really. I've realised that my house needs a huge amount of work and I've got no money to do it, so that's been quite hard. But I felt lucky all the way through, felt really lucky. We do live in a space where there's been an almost endless lockdown. We live in the northwest, near Oldham, that's been really hard and awful actually, just not knowing. But overall I think think that we should count our blessings because we did have a garden during lockdowns, and we've spent a lot of time in that, and we've made a lot of changes. So I'm hoping to get into the studio that has been built on the shed in my garden, and get some artwork done and get some writing done. So, although I'm not, I don't like where I live, it's quite an inner urban area, really. I do think that the property and my garden are amazing, so I feel very lucky.
