Since moving onto universal my nerves are a wreck, I can't focus on writing. A cold or virus is the lesser of my worries when any day I could be forced to put my children into school, left without money for food or housing or anything. On income support, money may have been tight but it was secure. I didn't have to jump through hoops, I could focus on my children's healing needs. The best thing about covid is that I have a few more weeks before I have to search for work.
